chicken-mango wraps/asian chicken wraps

i am so delayed on posting another monday meal.  i apologize to my two "followers"-hahaha.  ok, really, i am posting meals to force myself to try something new, not for any real person...
mark and i love to eat at this whole in the wall in HB, total hippee-vegan joint, called "the secret spot," with the best food and smoothies.  anyway, we get this chicken mango wrap.  it is so delicioso that we decided to try it ourselves (i love how i put "we" when "we" all know who really did it).
this is the easiest, yummiest dinner you will cook all summer (well, second to a good old fashion burger on the grill, that is).

ingredients:
tortillas (i prefer the flavored wrap style-tomato or spinach)
chicken breast (i buy the already cooked strips)
mango (cut into pieces, doesn't matter what size)
avocado
lettuce (not iceburg-as if that really even constitutes lettuce)
other items you could add: corn, black beans, salsa

heat the chicken in the microwave or a skillet
put all ingredients into the heated tortilla and ENJOY!

another wrap alternative:
asian chicken wraps (equally delicious)
same ingredients, but swap the lettuce for broccoli slaw and either make or buy peanut sauce (believe it or not, the avo and mango are still really good in this wrap too).
sautee the broccoli slaw so it is tender (about 5 minutes) and also heat the chicken.  spread a little peanut sauce on the tortilla and then add ingredients and enjoy!
