our newest little angel came friday, may 23rd at 10:28 PM. she weighed 6 lb and 12 oz, measuring 20 inches. she came in a very quick 6 hours. she has two middle names because we wanted to incorporate mark's middle name, owen, since addison has my middle name, elizabeth. owen is a family name- the maiden name of mark's grandmother. considering we had girls and won't personally carry on the smith name we wanted to carry on some part of his family history. however, in order to go with august i told mark i wanted her to also have a "girly" middle name. grace seemed so appropriate since we have seen god's hand of grace extended to us throughout this whole parenting adventure. so, thus came august grace owen smith.

Congrats! Rachel just had her baby this week too! Grandma and Grandpa T are racking up the Great Grandkids.

Congratulations guys! She's so cute and such a little blondie! Love the name August. Hope the transition to 2 kids isn't too hard on you guys... I seem to remember that Addison was an easygoing little one, so maybe little sis will follow suit. We're so happy for you!
