i recently saw a post on some genious crafty blogger's site and it gave me an idea...put up initials of all family members on the wall. this is the wall in our entry and it includes all first name initials...unfortunately, i forgot kona...sorry, babe! i know she was my first baby, but i forgot. anyway, mark laughs and calls it the "mars" wall...ummm..sorry, toots, it has 2 "As" in it, not one!!! of course now everytime i look at it i think of mars....still, i love it. i bought the initials at micheals already painted white for about $3-5 (if memory serves me well) and the cursive S is on a canvas, given to me by a friend long ago. i originally had planned to have all initials be a different size and perhaps even color, but i got impatient, found these and went with it. i can't quite place it, but it seems a bit off balanced...what do you think?
