yippee!!! now that i am serious runner (hahaha) mark let me buy some running shoes. i have never wanted to spend good money on a pair b/c i have never stuck with it. well, i guess there is a first for everything. man-oh-man i just love these shoes. it is like walking on air. i got them at kohl's (b/c they ALWAYS have a sale-only paid about $45 for them).
