i know some of you are just gagging right now at the thought of mayonnaise...sorry! i found this in the august addition of family circle and thought it sounded pretty cool. i am anxious to try the 2nd one.
1. mix together 1/2 cup each light mayonnaise and grated parmesan cheese. spread evenly over 4 tilapia fillets. place in an over-proof dish and bake at 450 for 20 minutes
2. blend 1 cup light mayonnaise, 1/4 cup mango chutney and 1/2 teaspoon curry powder. refrigerate for 1 hour. serve as dip for crudites (are those the little bread like things???-don't tell martha i asked that)
3. combine 1 cup light mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon each lemon juice and olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoon wasabi powder and 2 chopped scallions. refrigerate. serve as a sauce to accompany grilled, sliced steak.
