the first real "warm" day this spring and it didn't take long for my fam to decide we wanted to go to the beach. it was so beautiful. packed a sack lunch after church and headed off. for the first time in 3 years it was very pleasant to take two little girls to the beach. it was the first time i didn't worry about august burning her little legs on the sand because she can't walk yet or eating some bird feather (ok, that, i still have to watch for...haha). she and addison played and had a blast. mark built a sand castle for them and a big whole to jump in. they were in daddy heaven!
